Who We Are

SSB CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD. is a privately owned Barbadian holding company, also based in Barbados. The company which is controlled and lead by Mr. Sheldon S. Browne, who serves as Chairman and Chief Executive, has developed a strategy for investing in a number of projects under affilated management; bolstering the financial and operational capacity and efficiency.

What We Do

 We seek to create positive long-term value in the various projects we invest in, not only for ourselves, but also the communities in which we work. Given this position, one of our central strategic goals we set ourselves is to improve the communities we become a part of. This, along with other factors, are among the guiding principles which determine our every step.

How We Think - Our Philosophy

Our approach to investment is centered on long term growth and appreciation. We are not swindled by what we term "fast-food" investment options, we prefer to grow a company based on a thorough understanding of a path forward. Therefore, when we make an investment, we do so after understanding the product, the market and other critical factors before we get all excited. Our comfort level with projects therefore always starts and ends with a good understanding of the fundamentals at play.

OUR TEAM

Led by the Founding Member Mr. Sheldon Browne and through our management company, we attribute our success so far, and going forward, to the strategic partnering with motivated and proven professional individuals who comprise our input team (directly and indirectly). This team includes business development advisors, investment analyst, bankers, attorneys-at-Law, tax advisors, fund management professionals and varied project partners. With a combined wealth of experience spanning jurisdictions which include the Barbados, Trinidad, Bahamas, The United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and The Middle East, we look forward to the exciting work ahead as we develop each project.
